Geexology : utils

Hello there... this is the utilities section. There's much more than meets the eye to this site. What was it originally for? Well, to host all of my small utilities and weird things I want to put on the web.
I also wanted a site that was small, fast, and efficient that took advantage of PHP. Each file that this site consists of is about 1-2k in size. This keeps bandwidth use to a minimum, as I don't have much to work with. The Images II section is more of a "higher bandwidth" part of the site. Another requirement was that it was standards-based and would look ok in any browser.

So, the first group of utils I use all the time. There's of course, a general forum where anyone can post a quick message, the Java Chat Client and Java SSH Client that was found. The access to my database is under DB Admin (password required). There's also bandwidth graphs for all my interfaces on this Linux machine. No harm in seeing those. With another correct password, you can see the dhcp leases on this machine. Last but not least, the cache manager interface for squid. Again, password required.

Now for the silly, proof-of-concept stuff. To see all the digits I have available for my web counter, check out the show digits script I made. Then there's my wap page for mobile phones, namely with some midi's and wallpapers, and even some small Java (J2ME) utils. Then there's a weird lady liberty java fireworks thing, and one day I wanted to spell meow several hundred times for no appearent reason.

Site looks funkiest in Firefox. Created with Vim, of course.
